Terrorism and cities

The whole world goes gaga about the London people and the London police’s crises management. I would say “Appreciated, but nothing great bout it”.

Ada avanga oorile epdi kai thattuvangannu Lords la yum wimbledon layum parkalam.
No wonder they showed restraint.

No, this is not yet another western bashing post.
All NRIs be rest assured that i am too tired of it.
And please dont confuse India’s inabilities with Western imperialism.
Both should be condemned. Period.

I think given the mechanical way of life and existence in all the cities around the world, i think people would react exactly this way.
Chennai, Mumbai, London, Tokyo, New york. Anywhere.
Nalaiku velaiku poganum, kadai thirakanum. Illena buva kedyadhu. this is especially the case in India. Life goes on. It will never stop.

I also feel these blasts will create all the more trouble for the already huge number of Muslims in UK. This might lead to large scale alienation and complete isolation from mainstream britain.

We should also bear in mind that an average white man does not care much about the differences between Indians and Pakistanis and other South Asians. According to them, we are all the same.

Makkale wherever you are, please be careful.

I got hold of this book “Manual of Warrior of Light” by Paulo Coelho from my office library and its absorbing in its own way.

For eg.

The warrior of light unwittingly takes a false step and plunges into the abyss.
Ghosts frighten him and solitude torments him. His aim had been to fight the Good Fight, and he never imagined that this would happen to him, but it did. Shrouded in darkness, he makes contact with his master.

‘Master, I have fallen into the abyss,’ he says.’The waters are deep and dark.’

‘Remember one thing,’ replies his master.’You do not drown simply by plunging into water, you only drown if you stay beneath the surface.’

And the warrior uses all his strength to escape from his predicament.
