Yeah, Vaali is an awesome poet, who rules even today.!
My tamil knowledge is limited..but my brother Ganesh came back from India recently with a big load of books by Vaali.!!
Whenever I talk to him..he mentions stories from those books…some of which are fascinating.
The song that you’ve written about ed is a great example of ‘Vaali’s’ undebatable poetic skills.!
But…IMHO..he is not a Wal-Mart..!! He is a Macy’s among today’s K-Marts and Wal-Marts!!
