Just get the Paal ada packets from any Ambika store and boil them in water before adding the same to milk and following the regular payasam making procedure

One of the tastiest Kerala preparations. Paal Adapradhaman and Paal Payasam are similar in taste. Adapradhaman is thicker and more laborious to prepare. Paal Payasam can be prepared in a cooker too. Palaghat Iyers are the best cooks to prepare Paal Payasam and Paal Adapradhaman.
