Universal temple
This has to be one of my favorite spots in chennai. It’s not just the bhakthi factor.. for i am almost like an agnost. I think it’s got to be something more. I dunno what…This place has a kind of calming influence in my mind.
I shot this on saturday evening. I avoided the traditional straight on angle since i felt it was too two dimensional. i felt this angle captures the mood and atmosphere which goes so wonderfully with this temple…

Next time around try making the frame wholesome.Meaning say, cutting out the branch on the left.
I aint any good in photography…itz an advice I got from a pro.

Love this place. My perimmas house used to be behind and sometimes we used to sneak out here. I like it in this angle..This structure is new right..It wasnt there couple of years I mean 10 years back..

thanks for the suggestion, but here i included the trees deliberately. i wanted the surroundings and the ppl as part of the pictire.
but i think i shud’ve avoided that banner on the left.

Very nice photo PK. The B/W effect is superb. I’ve never been to this temple. ‘Universal Temple’ nice name.! That’s how it must be.!
