Yep. That’s how i managed at office too…
Long hours in front of the PC for weeks at a stretch has taken its toll on my right hand. Terms like carpel tunnel syndrome has been flashing my mind. But honestly i think a few days of rest should do a world of good.

Hopefully nothing serious. i should be normal soon.
Expect some action early next week.

same blood:-)i was going through the same fears of carpel tunnel when there was some pain in my fingers n wrist…but the main symptom of carpel tunnel is numbness…so i think u dont need to think abt CTS…anyways take care…

just apply some caution.
BTW dont you have any ergonomist at your work place ?
You should have proper support for your back,handrest,wrist support and use track ball instead of the regular mouse.

aahaa another person with similar symptons. Now PK listen to this without laughing, when I did some research into this I was told that taking up bharatanatyam is an efficient way of overcoming this problem as the intricate movements are good for the fingers. Seriously though do some stretching exercise regularly

Syam, bharatha natyam kathukradhunna kathuttu adalaam thappu ille, but do some stretching exercises though for sure. Naan alli vidura advise PK kku mattum ille, neengalum vaangikonga indha advise-a:)
