Now that people have got enough encouragement and have invested in real estate and inflated prices of worthless pieces of land to 1C and above, the Govt has decided to cut exemptions for a second house. IMO, the Govt is gonna cut exemptions even on the first house from next year onwards. Let some sanity prevail!!
