In other countries, Police stop you from doing things which are not legal.. but in India the Police waits for you to commit those mistakes so that can have their collection.. I wonder when that attitude will change.. and moreover I don't think that the compulsory helmet law is already in place.. last heard there is some discrepancy between the top officials and ministers on this.. not sure though..
