some stuff I have learnt over the last 15 years..

a. all women in US are not like sharon stone
b. all people in US are not rich because the beggars beg in english

corollary learnt from desi dudes who took a look at India

a. all indian women are not aishwarya rai
b. all indians cannot do the magic indian rope trick

similar findings may be had for botswana..

a. all botswanian women are not Tsholofelo Hope Seabelo
b. all boatswanians are not excellent animal trackers

I am beginning to understand more of America, thanks to the Internet.
As of now my understanding is, East coast and West Coast (people + opportunities) are not representative of the entire US.

Most of our makkals basically live only in these areas though.

a decade ago, the dude who wrote this article would have found a severed pigs head on his driveway also..

at least now you can read about this in some other part of the world.

it is the same everywhere dude.. the guys in the US are just better at marketing their country as a developed nation..

this is no different from some parts of Bihar where crime rates are record low because the cops never allow an FIR to be filed!!!

same thing here with the press. none of this comes out… they have a nice way of putting a lid on things.

this was in philadelphia and it was part of his lecture to me on city safety. his name was Siva.. have no clue where he is now.. but his lesson is still in my head…
