Regarding organizational structures, my pet theory is that most of the senior execs dont have any imagination... For e.g there is a listed company with divisions A,B,C,D each with sub-divs like 1,2,3,4. Suddenly it will dawn on them.. They'll announce, 'Yaarange, we are doing a Reorg - All 1s in A,B,C,D will henceforth be grouped together and called Une, twos, threes, will be called deux, trois respectively...' Each will have a head... Ipdi oru 2 years pogum.... then someone at the top will be fired, then a new idiot will come..he'll say 'Ah, lets put all 1,2,3,4s into groups like Alpha, Beta, Gamma.. etc So, 3-4 years la things will come a full circle... I've been witness to a couple of 're-orgs'.. ipdi dhaan pogudhu BNB

For e.g there is a listed company with divisions A,B,C,D each with sub-divs like 1,2,3,4. Suddenly it will dawn on them..
They’ll announce, ‘Yaarange, we are doing a Reorg - All 1s in A,B,C,D will henceforth be grouped together and called Une, twos, threes, will be called deux, trois respectively…’

Each will have a head…
Ipdi oru 2 years pogum…. then someone at the top will be fired, then a new idiot will come..he’ll say
‘Ah, lets put all 1,2,3,4s into groups like Alpha, Beta, Gamma.. etc
